As a millennial who spent the majority of my childhood in the ’90s, I grew up playing classic NES, Super Nintendo, Gameboy, Sega Genesis, and my favorite, the ’96 version of Tomb Raider on PlayStation (I was wholly convinced I would grow up to become Lara Croft!). As for cozy games, some of my fondest memories are of playing The Sims, Theme Hospital, Oregon Trail, Carmen Sandiego, Pokémon, Zelda, Zoo Tycoon, and many more. Fast forward to now: I’m a mama approaching age 40 and learning to love games all over again. Drawn to the cozy gaming aesthetic and in need of some recreation and a little inner child healing, this site was born. I hope you enjoy exploring all aspects of the cozy gaming world along with me!
